The prefabricated city, built on an area of 40 thousand square meters, consists of buildings ranging in size from 21 square meters to 36 square meters. The city, designed in the form of a 1+1 flat and consisting of 100 containers and 120 prefabricated buildings, also includes socialization areas, children's playgrounds and a dining hall.
